The Inception of InExCo
Founded by Mike Trollope, with support from Peter and Andrew Roscoe, InExCo was established with a shared ambition to redefine senior interim management.
From our central London office, we built an agile, responsive partner network focused exclusively on senior and board-level appointments.

Expanding our Ecosystem
Early on, we demonstrated our flexibility and range by placing senior interim leaders across very different environments, from a multi-billion-pound listed business to a privately owned £1m company within the same month.
This reflects our ability to operate effectively across the full spectrum of organisational scale and complexity.
