Mike has a longstanding passion for executive hiring, which has naturally shaped his reputation and expertise through building and nurturing strong relationships with executive teams and boards. This passion ultimately led him to found InExCo, driven by a desire to do something genuinely different within the executive search space. InExCo is one of the only firms focusing only on a fractional and interim executive search model.
Whether you met Mike early in his career or more recently, he has a remarkable ability to remember both people and the details they share, no matter how small. His ambition is to be the first point of contact within his network when organisations need support with executive talent.
Mike takes pride in delivering high-quality shortlists quickly, often removing the need for lengthy search processes due to the strength and breadth of his extensive network across multiple industries. His career spans over 15 years, specialising in interim CFO and senior finance appointments, as well as board and advisory-level hires.
CHAIRAndrew Roscoe
Andrew brings almost 30 years of experience from Egon Zehnder, where he held senior leadership roles including UK Managing Partner, Head of the Global Executive Assessment & Development Practice, and Head of the UK CFO Practice. He also established the firm’s Dublin office.
An MBA graduate of London Business School, Andrew has advised leading organisations on executive hiring, board composition, and leadership development. His appointment as Chair reflects his strong belief in InExCo’s vision and his commitment to supporting its long-term growth through strategic insight and trusted relationships.
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORPeter Roscoe
At 25, Peter began his career with a global R&D Tax Credit provider, where he broke multiple company records before going on to found RCK Partners.
Peter has grown RCK into a multi-million-pound business with over 80 employees and a well-established board and management team, within six years. He is also an investor and board member at InExCo, having experienced Mike’s recruitment expertise first-hand, which led to a shared strategic interest.
Peter is a highly successful entrepreneur, recognised for scaling a business rapidly into a mature, well-governed organisation.
ADVISORSophie Spells
Sophie is the Group CEO of RCK, appointed in October 2025 after serving as General Counsel and Head of Legal, Data and Compliance. She brings over 13 years of legal experience across corporate and commercial law, data protection, compliance, and dispute resolution, including prior private practice at Norton Rose.
As a Partner at InExCo, Sophie contributes strong governance, commercial rigour, and leadership insight to support the firm’s strategic growth.

Sarah brings over 20 years’ experience working with senior leaders in high-trust environments, including over a decade at Egon Zehnder and earlier roles supporting partners and HR leadership at Deloitte.
At InExCo, she works closely with the leadership team, drawing on her experience to shape how the business operates, support senior relationships, and maintain a consistent, high standard.
Known for her sound judgement and discretion, Sarah brings structure, clarity, and a calm, considered approach to complex, fast-moving environments.
